新型金属-有机纳米复合物:聚亚甲基蓝-金并用于构建超灵敏电化学免疫平台

摘要
超灵敏检测肿瘤标志物对于准确诊断癌症具有重要意义~([1])。本文通过一锅法利用氯金酸氧化聚合亚甲基蓝得到一种自身产生强电化学信号的探针材料,并利用石墨烯-金复合物做传感基底[2],构建了超灵敏电化学免疫传感界面,用于甲胎蛋白(AFP)的检测。AFP的线性检测范围1pg mL~(-1)-100ng mL~(-1),检出限19.6fg mL~(-1)。该免疫传感器的检测结果与ELISA检测结果有较好的一致性。
A kind of novel nanoprobe with innate strong electrochemical signal was synthesized using HAuCl_4 as oxidant and methylene blue as monomer.Graphene-Au composite was used as substrate in the immunosensor.α-fetoprotein was detected with a wide linear range from 1 pg mL~(-1) to 100 ng mL~(-1),and low detection limit of 19.6 fg mL~(-1) using the present platform.The assay results of clinical serum were well consistent with those obtained from ELISA method.
