插入式功率继电器线束端子的选型浅析

摘要
中轻型车在当前的市场环境下所占的份额比例逐年增加,各个车型品牌之间的成本竞争愈发激烈。大多数中轻型车的电源配电盒都采用插线式结构,由于中轻型车的起动机和预热器功率相对较小,继电器一般为插入式功率继电器。继电器在多次插拔和长时间通电及发动机振动的情况下,其连接点处的插拔力、接触电阻和连接点温升都会不断变化,由此可知对于线束端子的选型格外重要。本文通过实例分析和试验测试来说明不同形式的端子的选型在车型电源系统设计中的重要性。
The proportion of light vehicles' market share in the current market environment is increasing year by year,and the cost competition between the different vehicle brand become increasingly fierce.The push-wire structure have adopted by the most of the power distribution box of light vehicles.Since the power of the starter and the preheater on the light vehicle is relatively small,usually relays with them are plug- in power ones.In the case of repeatedly plugged and long powered and engine vibration,the insertion force,the contact resistance and temperature at the connection point of the relay are changing,therefore it can be seen particularly important to selection of harness terminal.Through case analysis and experimental test this text is to illustrate the importance of the selection of different types of terminals in the vehicle power supply system design.Based on the case analysis and experimental test,this text is to illustrate the importance of the selection of different types of terminals in the vehicle power supply system design.
