核电厂实物保护系统运行改进分析

摘要
为优化某核电厂实物保护系统探测、响应环节,对技防报警、视频监控方式和电子地图的设置进行分析改进。报警的设置层次不够分明,最有价值的报警不突出,报警信息字段不精练,报警视频联动过多;改进后报警分三级,不同级别报警信息颜色、声光速度不同,只有重要的报警才联动视频,对警卫无价值的设备状态、事件不作为报警。视频轮巡为监视屏全部依次轮巡,不能快速通过监视屏锁定摄像机,出入口报警视频联动设置在一块监视屏上,多个报警时新报警视频会覆盖之前的报警视频,不易区别报警监视屏是正常轮巡还是报警联动;改进后用第一排监视屏作为报警联动专用,无报警时黑屏,参与轮巡的监视屏每个屏固定轮巡摄像机。电子地图采用子地图的方式,无法对全厂有清晰的总体监控,查找设备比较费时;改进后设置整体地图,整体地图上设重要报警,点击整体地图上子地图的链接,就进入到相应位置子地图。通过理论分析和实践测试,改进后的实物保护系统截住概率增大,有效性得到提升。
In order to improve the decetion and response link of the nuclear power station physical protection system,the set mode of technology system alarm,video surveillance and electronic map is changed.The alarm classification is indistinct,the most valuable information is not outstanding,the information field is not scouring,there is too much video alarm linkage;so the article divides alarms into three levels with different colours,sound and light,only the important alarm link video.The videos circular display on all monitors,the alarm linkage videos display on only one monitor,so it's hard to distinguish whether it's normal circular or alarm linkage video;so the article uses the first row of monitors for alarm linkage videos,when there is no alarm,the monitors are black,and the other monitors circular display fixed videos.The electronic map uses the way of sub maps,the guard can't see all devices on neither sub map,it costs much time to operate;so the article uses a whole map of the station which have links to sub maps.Through theoretical analysis and practice test,the intercept probability of improved system becomes bigger,effectiveness of the improved system is promoted.
