钒合金V-4Cr-4Ti焊接后力学性能研究

摘要
将经过标准热处理(1 000℃,2 h)的V-4Cr-4Ti合金板材(炉号:SWIP-30)进行了电子束焊接,对焊前与焊后的板材分别加工制取1/3标准夏比冲击试样,通过冲击试验测试了不同温度条件下的试样冲击吸收功,确定了材料的韧脆转变温度,同时还测量了材料的表面硬度。对比焊前和焊后钒合金材料的硬脆转变温度和硬度,结果表明:电子束焊焊缝处的硬度比未焊区的硬度值高。电子束焊后钒合金板材的轫脆转变温度有较大增加,抗冲击性能较弱,需要通过热处理等强化方式改善材料的抗冲击性能。扫描电镜结果显示冲击试样断口主要为解理断裂。
The standard(STD) thermal treated vanadium alloy plates of V-4Cr-4Ti(SWIP-30) were vacuum electron beam welded,and then 1/3 size charpy specimens were machined from the welded plates with the v notch in the welded center.The charpy impact tests were done to measure the DBTT of welded materials and microhardness were also measured.By comparing with the results of base metal,the DBTT and microhardness of welded materials were much higher which need to be recovered by thermal strengthening method.The SEM results of the charpy specimen showed cleavage fracture.
