炸药静电火花试验放电波形研究

摘要
用ESD-30静电放电仪作为静电发生器,选取500pF电容100Ω的阻容套件,串联160Ω(由两个80Ω的耐高压电阻串联而成)的采样电阻和1.5mm放电间隙组成放电电路,可以测得7kV至10kV电压放电时的间隙电压、电流波形。从测到的间隙电压、电流波形可以看到,间隙电压、电流波形的峰值出现存在一个时间差,电压峰值在前电流峰值在后,相差约为25ns。
The voltage and current curve between the discharge gap could be detected while the incharge voltage was from 7k V to 10k V in the discharge circle which was consist of 1.5mm discharge gap,160Ωtesting resistance(two 80Ωresistances in series),100Ωdischarging resistance and 500p F capacitance with the Electrostatic discharge Generator ESD-30.The measuring results showed that there was a time interval between the peak of gap voltage and the peak of gap current.The difference was about 25ns between two peaks,the peak of gap voltage was ahead of the peak of gap current.
