现代美学视角下的旧工业遗址改造——以广州番禺区紫泥糖厂改造为例

摘要
随着城市化进程不断加快,处于城市敏感地带的工业厂房不断面临拆迁或改造的命运,旧时代遗留下的工业遗址留给城市更新与发展是当今一个棘手的问题,既如何运用这些工业遗址进行改造与再利用。然而对于现代美学的视觉上,人们对废旧的东西开始慢慢地重视和重新理解,并且认为工业遗址蕴含着旧时代深厚的文化底蕴。而在广州,许多废旧工业厂房的改造利用还处于探索研究阶段,由于倒闭或者搬迁的因素闲置的厂房并未能获得很好的利用,对于这一现象本文通过现阶段对旧工业遗址改造实际项目的现状探析,以广州番禺区紫泥糖厂改造为例,在现代美学的视角下浅析广州旧工业遗址的更新与再利用。
with the accelerating urbanization process,in the sensitive area of a city's industrial building continues to face the fate of the demolition or modification of old legacy industrial site for urban renewal and development is a thorny problem,how to use these reforming and reusing industrial sites.But for modern aesthetics on the vision,people and to the attention of the waste things began to slowly to understand,and think that industrial site contains a rich old culture.In Guangzhou,many old industrial buildings use is still in the exploring research stage,because of the closure or relocation factors of idle factories and failed to get good use,for this phenomenon in this paper,the present stage to transform the current situation of the actual project of the old industrial sites analysis,with the guangzhou panyu district purple clay sugar mill as an example,under the perspective of modern aesthetics analyses of update and reuse of old industrial sites in Guangzhou.
