更昔洛韦治疗小儿病毒性脑炎的应用效果及优越性分析

摘要
目的:研究更昔洛韦治疗小儿病毒性脑炎的应用效果及优越性。方法:选取本院2013年12月-2016年12月期间收治的63例小儿病毒性脑炎患儿作为研究对象,对其进行回顾性分析,结合治疗方式,将其分为两组,分别为对照组(n=31)和治疗组(n=32)。其中对照组采用利巴韦林进行治疗,治疗组采用更昔洛韦进行治疗。对比两组患儿临床疗效、经治疗后的临床表现和不良反应等情况。结果:对照组31例患儿当中,无效率为25.80%,治疗总有效率为74.19%;治疗组32例患儿当中无效率为6.25%,治疗总有效率为93.75%(P<0.05);在发热情况、头疼、惊厥、呕吐、意识恢复等方面均具有显著差异(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组;其中中性粒细泡减少、皮疹和恶心腹痛情况,治疗组优于对照组。
Objective to study the more wast,respectively,there application effect and superiority for the treatment of children viral encephalitis.Selection methods:in our hospital during December 2013-December 2016 63 cases children with viral encephalitis were treated as the research object,were retrospectively analyzed,combined with treatment,it can be divided into two groups,respectively for the control group(n=31) and treatment group(n=32).The control group using ribavirin treatment,the treatment group used more yesterday galloway for treatment.Compared to two groups of children with clinical curative effect,after treatment of clinical manifestation and adverse reactions,and so on and so forth.Results the control group in 31 cases,no efficiency was 25.80%,total effective rate is 74.19%;Treatment group and 32 cases of inefficient was 6.25%,total effective rate was 93.75%(P<0.05);In fever,headache,seizures,vomiting,consciousness recovery and so on all have significant difference(P<0.05),treatment group was superior to control group;The neutral grain of fine bubble reduction,skin rash,and nausea and abdominal pain,the treatment group is better than that of control group,in addition,abnormal liver function and no difference between the mental disorder.
