摘要
目的:针对护理干预对肺癌患者癌性疲乏与生活质量的影响进行研究分析。方法:收集本院自2014年10月~2015年10月这一期间收治的80例肺癌患者作为本次的研究对象,所有患者均在本院住院治疗,在治疗的同时给予综合护理干预措施,针对护理干预前后的疲乏程度和生活质量进行对比分析,总结护理干预在肺癌患者中的应用效果。结果:经过相应的护理干预措施后,患者的生存质量量表评分明显优于干预前,干预前后对比具有显著性差异,P<0.05,同时,干预后患者的疲乏程度得到了有效的缓解,与干预前相比,具有显著性差异,P<0.05。结论:针对肺癌患者给予综合护理干预措施可以使患者的癌性疲乏程度得到有效的缓解,提高患者的生活质量,因此,该方法值得广泛的应用于临床当中,并且大力推广。
objective: nursing intervention in patients with lung cancer fatigue and through analyzing the influence of the quality of life. Conclusion: forpatients with lung cancer to give comprehensive nursing intervention measures can make patients with carcinoma effectively alleviate the degree of fatigue, improve the patient's quality of life, therefore, this approach is worth of widely applied in clinical, and vigorously promoted.
