TG201酸化缓蚀剂对N80钢和HP13Cr钢的作用机理

摘要
通过失重法、动电位极化扫描、交流阻抗测试方法研究了TG201酸化缓蚀剂对油套管钢N80和HP13Cr的缓蚀机理。试验结果表明,TG201酸化缓蚀剂在20%(质量浓度)盐酸中对油套管钢的缓蚀性能与电化学研究结果是一致的。对TG201酸化缓蚀剂缓蚀机理研究发现,该缓蚀剂的多层吸附有利于提高不同材质的酸化防腐蚀效果。
The methods of weight loss,potentiodynamic polarization and electrochemical impedance were used to research corrosion inhibition mechanism of the TG201 acid corrosion inhibitor on N80 and HP13 Cr steel in 20%HC1solution.The results showed that the weight loss result of the TG201 corrosion inhibition performance was in agreement with the electrochemical test(potentiodynamic polarization and impedance) results.As the mechanism research,the multilayer adsorption of TG201 acid corrosion inhibitor was helpful to enhance the acid corrosion inhibition effects on different steels.
