不同季铵盐缓蚀剂针对HP13Cr钢盐酸体系的作用研究

摘要
通过失重法、动电位极化扫描、电化学交流阻抗测试方法研究了喹啉季铵盐、曼尼希碱季铵盐、咪唑啉季铵盐三种缓蚀剂在20%盐酸中对HP13Cr钢的缓蚀性能及作用机理。结果表明,三种季铵盐缓蚀剂对HP13Cr钢都有很好的缓蚀作用,腐蚀速率均达到评价指标的一级,缓蚀效果大小顺序为:喹啉季铵盐>咪唑啉季铵盐>曼尼西碱季铵盐。
The weight loss,potentiodynamic polarization and electrochemical impedance were used to evaluate corrosion inhibition effect and study mechanism of the imidazoline quaternary ammonium salts,quinoline quaternary ammonium salts and mannich base quaternary ammonium salts on HP13 Cr steel in 20%HC1 solution.The results showed that three kinds of quaternary ammonium salts all can inhibite the corrosion of HP13 Cr steel perfectly,and the corrosion rate could reach the firsts of the evaluation index.Moreover,the corrosion inhibition effect order of the three kinds of inhibitors was quinoline quaternary ammonium salts > imidazoline quaternary ammonium salts >mannich base quaternary ammonium salts.
