摘要
硫化氢被认为是体内除了NO和CO之外的第三种信号分子~1。硫化氢在体内各种生理过程和病理过程中起着重要的作用,如血管舒张、细胞凋亡、神经传递,胰岛素分泌和炎症等~2。另一方面,作为一种具有臭鸡蛋味的有毒气体,高浓度的硫化氢也会对人体产生伤害,会导致中枢神经系统损伤和窒息,甚至导致死亡。因此,开发一种可以高选择性和灵敏性的检测硫化氢并可以应用于生物系统的检测方法是非常重要的。在本文中,我们设计合成了一种基于PET的硫化氢荧光探针。该探针能够高选择性识别硫化氢并能够对细胞内的硫化氢进行生物成像。结果表明该硫化氢探针可以作为一种有效的检测细胞内的硫化氢的工具。
Hydrogen sulfide is considered as the third signaling molecule in vivo~1 and it plays an important role in various physiological processes and pathological processes in vivo, such as vasodilation, apoptosis, neurotransmission, ischemia/reperfusion-induced injury, insulin secretion and inflammation.~2 Developing a highly selective and sensitive method that can detect H_2S in the biological system is very important. In this work, a colorimetric and "turn-on" fluorescent probe is developed. Furthermore, this probe displays a highly selective response to H_2S and possesses good capability for bioimaging H_2S without interference in living cells.
