石榴皮提取液制备纳米银

摘要
纳米银粒子具有很高的表面能和化学活性,在光学、电子学、热学以及生物医用材料等许多领域均有应用。本论文采用石榴皮提取液作还原剂与硝酸银反应制备出纳米银,不添加任何表面活性剂,绿色合成,环境友好。以UV-vis为手段,考察石榴皮提取液浓度,硝酸银浓度,反应温度和反应时间,优选出石榴皮银纳米粒制备的最佳条件:石榴皮提取液0.015g/mL,AgNO_3浓度1mmol/L,反应温度40℃,时间24h。并采用FT-IR、XRD、TEM等对所制银纳米粒进行结构表征和形态学考察。结果表明,所制银纳米粒为球形,平均粒径为54.40nm,并无明显团聚,晶型为纯相面心立方晶系。
This paper reports a facile, rapid, one-pot synthesis of environmentally safe sliver nanoparticles capped and stabilized with pomegranate peel extract. Sliver nanoparticles were characterized with different techniques such as UV-vis spectroscopy, FT-IR spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction(XRD), and transmission electron microscopy(TEM). TEM experiments showed that these nanoparticles are spherical and its average size is 54.40 nm.
