本文介绍了毫米波宽频带八通道发射模块的系统构成和设计方法。模块使用了微波单片集成电路MMIC放大器、移相器和多芯片组件的微组装技术,并用微波软基板和小型薄膜电阻实现了毫米波八等分功分器。模块的尺寸为55mm×42.2mm×4.1mm,重量为19克,满足了小型化毫米波相控阵天线高密度组装的要求。
this paper describes a millimeter wave broad band transmit module with eight channels and its system architecture、design method. In order to meet the demand of high capability 、miniaturization and high density integration for millimeter wave phased array, the monolithic microwave integrated circuit MMIC and multi chip module MCM technology are used for the module. A millimeter Wilkinson power splitter, which splits input power to eight output porter equally, was developed by using microwave soft substrate and small thin film resister. The module size is 55mm×42.2mm ×4.1mm, and the weight less than 19 g.
