To explore fluconazole sodium chloride injection topical nasal rinse effect of non-invasive fungal sinusitis surgery. Methods in our hospital in March 2014 ~ September 2015 weretreated by endoscopic sinus surgery and postoperative pathological examination confirmed 96 cases of non-invasive fungal sinusitis patients, according to a random drawing lots divided into observationgroup and control group. each of 48 cases. Observation group and control group were respectively by fluconazole sodium chloride injection, saline nasal irrigation treatment, compared two groups VASscore, surgical epithelialization time, recurrence and treatment of adverse reactions. Results observation group VAS score was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statisticallysignificant, P <0.05. Two surgical area epithelialization time, the difference was significant, P <0.05. No patients with recurrent observation group, the control group, the number of cases of recurrence in 2 cases, the difference was significant, P <0.05. Conclusion Non-invasive fungal sinusitis after fluconazole Sodium Chloride Injection by local nasal irrigation treatment, good clinical results, whileimproving patient VAS scores, low recurrence rate, no significant adverse reactions, have important clinical value.
