阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者情绪特征及心理干预护理的效果评价

摘要
目的:探究与评价阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者情绪特征及心理干预护理的效果。方法:选取我院2013年4月至2015年4月收治的80例阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者为研究对象,采取信封式随机分组的方式将其分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组实施心理干预护理,对比两组阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者的心理状态及护理满意度评分。结果:观察组患者的SDS评分、SAS评分均明显较对照组低,同时观察组患者的护理满意度评分明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者实施心理护理干预可以显著改善患者不良的心理状态,提升护理满意度,值得临床推广。
Objective: To explore and evaluate obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea emotional characteristics of the patients and the effect of psychological intervention nursing syndrome. Conclusion: obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome patients with the implementation of psychological nursing intervention can significantly improve the poor state ofmental patients, improve nursing satisfaction, worthy of promotion.
