石灰石造渣炼钢中硅挥发现象及其控制工艺探索

本文通过工业试验和热力学分析对氧气转炉采用石灰石造渣炼钢过程中的硅挥发现象进行了研究,估算得出本次工业试验中硅挥发的比例为6.8%~41.0%,采用石灰石造渣炼钢将会使转炉渣量相比于石灰炼钢模式平均减少19.4%。硅挥发率随CaCO_3的加入量及铁水碳含量的增加先升高后降低。初步的工业试验表明,提高开吹后头批石灰石的加入量能有效地提高硅挥发率。
In this paper,the silicon volatilization phenomenon during slagging by limestone in BOF was studied by industrial experiment and thermodynamic calculation.In our estimation,the volatilization ratio of silicon in this industrial experiment was about 6.8%~41.0%.Compared with lime mode,slag amount of limestone mode dropped 19.4%.Analysis showed that silicon volatilization ratio increases,then decreases with the increase of the limestone addition and the carbon content of hot metal.Preliminary industrial experiments indicated that silicon volatilization ratio would be effectively improved by increasing the amount of the first batch of limestone just after blowing.
