摘要
以P_2O_5和聚乙二醇(400)为原料,采用缓释法合成了聚乙二醇磷酸酯,研究了聚乙二醇磷酸酯的极压、抗磨和减摩性能。试验结果表明,添加聚乙二醇磷酸酯可以明显提高基础水基润滑剂的极压、抗磨和减摩性能。同时,研究了聚乙二醇磷酸酯水溶液的抗腐蚀性能。
Organic phosphates are widely used in lubricating oil water-based lubricant because of their good lubricating property.In this paper,polyethylene glycol(400) ester of phosphate was synthesized with raw materials of P_2O_5 and polyethylene glycol(400) by sustained-release method.Extreme pressure and antiwear performance of polyethylene glycol(400) ester of phosphate was researched and the result found that it can significantly improve the extreme pressure and antiwear performance of the water-based lubricant.The corrosion performance of the polyethylene glycol(400) ester of phosphate solution was also researched.
