钠基地聚合物砂浆组成、结构和性能研究

摘要
以高活性偏高岭土和硅灰(或纳米级SiO_2)为铝硅源、钠水玻璃(M=1.5)和氢氧化钠为激发剂,制备了钠基地聚合物净浆和砂浆。研究了Na/Al和Si/Al对钠基地聚合物及其砂浆结构和性能影响。研究结果表明,钠基地聚合物砂浆工作性较差,但随Na/Al和Si/Al上升,钠基地聚合物砂浆工作性有所改善,且硅灰较纳米级SiO_2工作性改善效果更为明显。所制备钠基地聚合物砂浆具有较好的力学性能,随着Na/Al提高砂浆强度上升,且Na/Al=0.9的样品力学性能最优;随Si/Al增加,钠基地聚合物早期强度降低,后期强度增长较大。经高温处理,发现钠基地聚合物砂浆耐高温性能一般。
Na-Geopolymer pastes and mortars have been prepared by using metakaolin and silicon fume(or Nano-SiO_2) as silica-alumina sources,sodium water glass(M=1.5) and NaOH as activators.The composition,structures and mechanical properties of the pastes and mortars have also been studied.Results indicated the poor workability of Na-geopolymer mortar.And the workability could be improved by increasing the Na/Al and Si/Al,and the workability of Na-geopolymer by using silicon fume was higher than that of nano-SiO_2.The excellent mechanical properties of Na-geopolymer have been observed.And the mechanical properties of the mortar could be incresed by increasing of Na/Al.The lower early and higher later strength have also been observed with increasing of Si/Al.The high temperature resistance of Na-geopolymer mortars has also been studied.
