小儿惊厥临床分析及预防措施56例分析

摘要
目的:分析小儿惊厥发生的相关临床因素,进而采取进一步预防措施。方法:选取我院收治的56例小儿惊厥患者为研究对象,对其进行回顾性研究,分析其临床特点。结果:小儿惊厥56例中,热性惊厥41例(73.21%),颅内感染6例(10.71%),癫痫5例(8.93%),低钙性惊厥2例(3.57%),新生儿颅内出血1例(1.79%),新生儿破伤风1例(1.79%)。发病年龄以《3岁比例最高,为37例,其次为3―6岁11例,6-9岁5例,9―11岁3例,各组数据差异有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:小儿惊厥发病原因复杂,以高热惊厥、颅内感染、癫痫及代谢障碍为主。不同年龄段小儿惊厥发病原因存在差异,以1―3岁婴幼儿易发生惊厥。早期判断患儿惊厥病因并采取相应的临床预防措施,有利于尽早控制惊厥。
Objective: to analyze the clinical factors related to the occurrence of convulsions in children, and to take further measures to prevent the occurrence of convulsions. Methods: 56 cases of children with convulsion in our hospital were selected as the research object. The clinical characteristics were analyzed retrospectively. Results: in 56 cases of infantileconvulsion, 41 cases of febrile convulsion(73.21%), intracranial infection in 6 patients(10.71%), 5 cases of epilepsy(8.93%), 2 cases of low calcium convulsion(3.57%) and neonatal intracranialhemorrhage in 1 case(1.79%), 1 cases of neonatal tetanus(1.79%). Age at 3 years of age, the highest proportion of 37 cases, followed by 3 to 6 years old, 11 cases, 5 cases of 6-9 years old, 9 to 11 years old, 3 cases, there were statistical differences in each group(P<0.05). Conclusion: the causes of infantile convulsions are complex, with febrile seizures, intracranial infection, epilepsy andmetabolic disorders. There are differences in the causes of infantile convulsion in different age groups, and 1 to 3 years old children are prone to seizures. Early diagnosis of the causes of convulsionsin children and to take appropriate preventive measures, it is conducive to the early control of convulsions.
