摘要
基于胶体热注射法,利用全新合成思路制备出了不同形貌的硫化铜(~[Cu_(2-x)S)纳米/微米颗粒~[1]、硒化铜(Cu_xSe)纳米块~[2]及高度分散、形貌各异的碲化铜(Cu_xTe)纳米颗粒~[3]。其中具有生菜形貌的Cu_(2-x)S微米粒子因其负载功能可以用于仿生异质纳米通道的构筑。Cu_xSe和Cu_xTe紫外可见吸收测试结果表明基于表面等离子体共振所产生的最大吸收峰位置随着铜原子的不同缺陷程度的改变而移动;而对于碲化铜光学特性的进一步研究表明其具有与贵金属纳米颗粒相似的局域电磁场增强效应和表面增强拉曼散射效应。近红外区域(950nm)表现出的较高的表面等离子体共振的品质因子对于实现非常规检测物在单分子级别上的SERS检测具有重要的指导意义。
The colloidal synthesis method based on hot injection technique was employed to prepare highly uniform binary copper chalcogenide nanocrystals with controllable shape and structure. Meanwhile, lettuce-like copper sulfide microstructures were successfully synthesized and used as carriers in the heterogeneous nanochannels.
