基于40%乘员侧偏置碰撞研究

摘要
现实生活中时常发生类似乘员侧偏置碰撞的事故,但当前相关法规和行业标准对车辆偏置碰撞(40%和25%)性能的评估仅限于驾驶员侧,并没有乘员侧偏置碰撞性能评估的试验标准。本文从四个方面详细论述了增加乘员侧偏置碰撞性能评估的必要性,并以某款轿车有限元模型为基础,分别仿真计算驾驶员侧和乘员侧偏置碰撞性能以及假人受伤害程度对比,从仿真结果得出乘员侧偏置碰撞结构变形更严重,假人腿部受伤害风险更大。希望本文研究能引起制造商和相关人员对乘员侧碰撞事故造成人员伤害的重视。
The offset collision accident to the passenger side often happens in real life,but the current regulations and industry standards for vehicle offset collision(40% and 25%) evaluation is only limited to the driver's side.At present there is no offset crashworthiness test criteria evaluation to the passenger side.This paper discusses the necessity for building offset crashworthiness regulations or industry standards of passenger side from four perspectives,and taking a FE model,simulates driver- side and passenger- side offset collision respectively,compared the offset crashworthiness and the injury degree of dummy.The results obtained from the simulation shows that,the passenger-side deformation is more severe and the dummy' s leg has greater risk of injury.In this paper,we hope to attract manufacturers and related people more attention on passenger- side crashes injury.
