摘要
IF钢,为获得成品钢材的高延展性、优良的表面性能和深冲性能,要求钢中碳、氮、氧含量尽可能低。首钢京唐公司在IF钢生产过程中做了大量研究及改进工作,并且取得了一定效果,IF钢的控制水平得到不断的提高,本文结合首钢京唐公司IF生产实际,总结IF钢高效生产碳含量控制的关键控制点及控制措施。
The basic requirements in the IF steel is the carbon,nitrogen and oxygen content as low as possible to gain the high ductility,excellent surface performance and deep drawability for the final product.There was some research and development for the IF steel,and the corresponding improvement measure were put into use,the control precision was improved constantly for the IF steel.Based on the application practice for the IF steel,this paper summarizes the critical control points and control measures for the carbon content.
