碳纤维发动机盖的静力学分析及优化

摘要
本文对新开发的一款碳纤维材料的发动机盖进行了模态、刚度工况下的仿真计算。通过CAE仿真分析及刚度试验,结果表明,碳纤维机盖扭转性能不满足目标值要求,考虑到项目时间及发动机盖可操作空间,本文提出的扭转刚度优化措施,可在不改变设计结构的基础上较大程度提升扭转性能。
This paper discusses a new carbon fiber hood,mode and stiffness simulation analysis of which has been done.The simulation results are in good agreement with the experiment results.Due to torsion stiffness of the carbon fiber hood can not meet the target of design,some feasible optimization measures are presented considering timing and operation space,and simulation results show that torsion stiffness can be greatly improved without changing the structure design.
