温度对电动汽车驱动电机用无取向硅钢磁性能的影响研究

摘要
电动汽车驱动电机实际工作环境从-40℃到200℃范围内变化,了解不同温度下硅钢片磁性能的变化是进行电机电磁精确仿真的必备条件。本文研究了-40℃到200℃对硅钢片磁性能的影响,重点研究了温度变化对50~400Hz下磁化曲线,铁损曲线及具体铁损组分的影响,结果表明温度主要影响100~1000A/m范围内的磁感和高磁感点下的铁损,随着温度的升高磁感和铁损均呈下降趋势。
The practical working temperature of driving motor for EV varies from-40℃ to 200℃,it is essential to know the effect of temperature on the magnetic propertiesof the silicon steel for the electro-magnetic simulation ofthe driving motor.This paper investigated the effect of temperature from-40℃ to 200℃ on the magnetic properties of silicon steel,especially the effect of temperature on the magnetization curve,iron loss curve under the frequencies from 50 Hz to 400 Hz.The results revealed that the main affecting range for magnetic induction corresponds tothe magnetic field between 100 A/m and 1000 A/m,and the temperature has obvious effect on iron loss when magnetic induction is high,the magnetic induction and iron loss decrease with the increase of the temperature.
