摘要
<正>磁性聚合物微球是近几年发展起来的一种新型多功能材料,此材料由无机磁性材料和有机聚合物构成,具有操作简便,分离快速等优点[1,2]。该微球有很好的生物相容性,材料表面易进行修饰和改性,可进一步调节其表面亲水性(或疏水性)以及生物兼容性等,在生物分离、药物控释、疾病诊断、细胞分离、固定化酶、蛋白质的分离与提纯、靶向药物等领域有着广泛的应用[1-4]。树枝状聚合物具有规则的结构、丰富的官能团,其结构和功能可以控制,在溶解性、黏度和热行为方面表现
