整车背门门锁电动机和高位制动灯电磁耦合的仿真分析

摘要
针对背门门锁电动机干扰高位制动灯的电磁耦合现象,在问题车上进行了干扰波形和耦合波形的采集。利用电磁仿真软件建立了整车背门门锁电动机和高位制动灯模型和所需的电磁场环境,对背门电动机开闭过程导致高位制动灯异常点亮的电磁耦合现象进行了仿真分析。仿真结果表明,仿真和实测波形结果基本一致,证明了系统模型的精度。对电动机进行了整改后,再次进行了仿真和实车分析,耦合现象消失。
According to the electromagnetic coupling phenomenon of back door motor interference high brake lamp,the interference waveform and coupled waveform is acquisitioned in the problem vehicle.First,back door motor and high brake lamp model and typical electromagnetic field environment was set up by used electromagnetic simulation software.Second,the back door motor opening and closing process leads to high brake lamp light was analyzed.The simulation results show that,simulated and measured waveforms are basically the same results,proved the accuracy of the simulation model.The motor was analyzed again after rectification,comprise simulation and real,the coupling phenomenon disappeared.
