智能技术在禁毒工作中的应用

摘要
众所周知,毒品危害性极大,是危害社会安全的主要因素之一,禁毒工作的重要性不言而喻。所谓毒品是指具有使人形成瘾癖性能的化学品。具体来讲,如果这些化学品进入人体,可以使人产生兴奋、幻觉、镇静和放松的作用。因此,只要具有这些性质的化学品及其合成方法,都应引起相关管理部门的重视。要确定目前已登记的约1.1亿(10977万)个化学品~([1])是否具有毒品的性能,只用实验方法来识别,显然已不能满足禁毒工作的需求。智能技术是为了有效地达到某种预期的目的,利用知识所采用的多种方法和手段:如人工智能方法、计算机技术和信息技术等。在此,我们将介绍智能技术在禁毒工作中的应用策略和方法,主要包括:1、建立管理化学品的化学信息管理和查询系统(化合物及其合成信息);2、化合物性质及合成信息分析;3、化合物合成路线预测和化合物反应产物及其性质预测~([2])。
As we know, the drug is one of the most dangerous factors to endanger the social security because of its harmful properties. And the importance of drug prohibition is self-evident. It is a kind of chemical, which can cause human excitation, hallucination, calmness and relaxation. So the chemicals with these properties and their synthesis methods should be rigorous supervised. Due to the huge quantity of chemicals, it is not satisfied for drug prohibition to identify their properties by experiments. Intelligent technology is a variety of methods and means to employ knowledge, which effectively achieve certain intended purpose, i.e. artificial intelligence, computer and information technology. Herein, its application strategies and methods in drug prohibition will be presented: 1. build up the database including information about structure, property and synthesis. 2. analysis of information about properties and synthesis. 3. prediction of synthesis routes and properties of products.
