负载HKUST-1的整体材料进样器用于提高DART-MS检测灵敏度

摘要
常压敞开式离子化质谱(AMS)为快速分析提供了极大的便利,实时直接分析(DART)就是其中应用最广泛的离子源之一。受敞开式环境背景的影响,DART-MS的检测灵敏度不尽如人意。基于此,我们开发出一种新型的双功能负载金属有机骨架材料HKUST-1的整体柱(monolith@HKUST-1)dip-it进样器,结合固相微萃取(SPME)技术用来提高DART-MS的检测灵敏度。该装置制备过程分两步:(1),在dip-it的封端毛细管内壁原位聚合制备整体柱材料;第二步,通过层层生长的方法将HKUST-1固定在整体柱外壁。此进样器易于制备且SPME过程很简单,可以实现原位检测,避免了繁琐的洗脱过程。我们将设计的monolith@HKUST-1 dip-it用于烟草中糖苷分子的富集检测,在优化了萃取时间、铵盐的添加量和工作气体温度后,建立了有效的分析方法。由于氢键和亲水相互作用的共同作用,富集效果显著,六种分析物的检测限均在0.02-0.05μg/mL范围内。最后,我们将开发的方法用于三种实际烟草样品的分析当中。
Ambient mass spectrometry(AMS) provides great convenience for fast analysis,and direct analysis in real time(DART) is among one of the most widely used ion sources.Due to the interference from open environment,the sensitivity of DART-MS is not satisfactory enough.To solve this problem,we developed a novel bifunctional dip-it sampler by hybrid material monolith@HKUST-1,which was used to increase the sensitivity by combination of solid-phase microextraction strategy.This device is prepared in two steps,monolith in situ polymerization in the glass capillary and HKUST-1 layer-by-layer growth on the outer surface of monolith.After systematic optimization of the operation parameters,including the gas temperature of DART,extraction time and CH3COONH4 addictive concentration,this method can realize the simultaneous detection of six kinds of glycosides.The monolith@HKUST-1 dip-it showed strong affinity to glycosides by hydrophilic interaction and hydrogen bond interaction.
