宁武县采矿废弃地植物群落种间关系研究

摘要
采用Fisher精确检验和Spearman秩相关分析方法,对宁武县采矿废弃地自然定居植被群落的31个常见种和优势种进行种间关系和生态种组的研究,结果表明:(1)Fisher精确检验共有呈正关联种对的有139对,呈负关联的种对有357对,Spearman秩相关呈分析正关联种对的有130对,呈负关联的种对有335对;(2)Fisher精确检验和Spearman秩相关分析结果基本一致,且Spearman秩相关系数检验具有较高的灵敏度;(3)种对间的正关联或正相关,主要是由于它们具有相近的生物学特性、对生境具有相似的生态适应性和相互分离的生态位所致,导致宁武县采矿废弃地自然定居植物群落生态组群分化的主导因子是土壤水分条件;(4)依据Spearman秩相关系数将31个常见种的划分为6个生态种组。
Interspecific relationship and ecological species group of 31 common species and dominant species in naturally settled vegetation of ningwu mining abandoned lands were studied by using Fisher's exact test and Spearman rank correlation analysis method.The results showed that;(1)There was a positive correlation in 139 species-pairs and negative correlation in 357 species- pairs for Fisher's exact test.For Spearman rank correlation analysis,a positive correlation were in 130 species-pairs,negatively correlation were in 335 species-pairs;(2) the results of Fisher's exact test and Spearman rank correlation analysis were basically identical,and Spearman rank correlation coefficient test were more sensitive;(3) Positive association and correlation between species occur where the members of a species-pair have similar biological characteristics or traits that make them ecologically adaptive for similar habitats but have segregated niche,leading to that the leading factor of ecology group differentiation in naturally settled plant community of Ningwu mining abandoned lands is soil moisture condition;(4) the Spearman rank correlation coefficient clustering could divide 31 common species into six ecological species group.
