综合护理干预对乳腺癌患者伤口愈合及生活质量的影响

摘要
目的:研究综合护理干预对乳腺癌患者伤口愈合的影响。方法:选取乳腺癌根治术患者64例,随机分为对照组和研究组各32例。对照组给予常规护理,研究组给予综合护理干预,对两组患者的伤口愈合情况和生活质量进行比较。结果:研究组伤口愈合率明显高于对照组,心理状态改善情况优于对照组,生活质量明显高于对照组,SAS评分和SDS评分均低于对照组(P值均<0.05),差异均有统计学意义。结论:乳腺癌患者给予综合护理干预有助于伤口愈合,加快患者康复速度,缩短住院时间,改善患者的心理状态,提高患者的生活质量;也可减轻患者的精神压力,值得临床推广应用。
Aim: Research the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on the wound healing of breast cancer patients. Method: Select 64 breast cancer patients who have had theradical mastectomy surgery and divide them randomly and evenly into the control group and experimental group with routine nursing in the control group and comprehensive nursing intervention inthe experimental group. Comparisons of the wound healing and quality of life are made between patients in the control group and those in the experimental group. Results: the experimental grouphas apparently higher would healing rate, better mental state, significantly higher quality of life, lower SAS score and SDS scores than the control group(P < 0.05),Which have statistic differences. Conclusions: the comprehensive nursing intervention provided for the breast cancer patients contributes to the would healing, accelerates the recovery,shortens the length of hospital stays, improves thepatient's mental state, improves the quality of life of patients and also reduces stress in patients. It is worthy of wide clinical application.
