程序化健康教育在高血压护理工作中的应用

摘要
目的:探讨在高血压护理中程序化健康教育的应用价值。方法:选取我院在2014年5月至2015年4月收治的高血压患者108例,应用随机数字法将其分为对照组和实验组,每组54例患者,对照组给予常规护理方法,实验组在对照组的基础上给予程序化健康教育,比较两组患者血压控制情况及护理满意度。结果:实验组患者的血压控制情况明显优于对照组患者,差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者的护理满意度明显高于对照组患者,有明显的差异性,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。讨论:在高血压护理中,在常规护理的基础上给予程序化健康教育具有较好的效果,可以有效地对患者的血压进行控制,可以提高患者的护理满意度,在临床中值得推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the value of hypertension care of health education program.Methods: 108 cases in our hospital in hypertensive patients from May 2014 to April 2015 weretreated, the application method randomly divided into control and experimental groups of 54 patients in the control group received conventional care methods, the experimental group were givenhealth education program on the basis of the control group, two groups were compared blood pressure control and nursing satisfaction.Results: The blood pressure control in patients in the experimentalgroup than the control group of patients, significantly different, statistically significant(P <0.05); the experimental group were significantly higher patient satisfaction with care, there are significantdifferences, have statistically significant(P <0.05).Discussion: Hypertension care, routine care administered on the basis of the health education program has a good effect, can effectively control bloodpressure, can improve patient satisfaction with care, it should be widely applied in clinical practice.
