空心SiO_2-PDMS复合光子晶体薄膜的制备与性能研究

摘要
通过在空心SiO_2光子晶体的缝隙填充聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)制备出了高色彩饱和度、高强度、与液体接触颜色不发生改变的光子晶体薄膜。采用SEM、TEM、UV-Vis、CA等测试方法对光子晶体的表面形貌、结构及光学特性进行测试表征。结果表明:PDMS的引入提高了薄膜的色彩饱和度以及机械强度,赋予了薄膜与液体接触颜色不发生变化的特性。
The structurally colored films with high color saturation,enhances mechanical robustness and liquids impermeable property were prepared by infiltrating PDMS solutions into the interval between each hollow SiO_2 nanospheres.The surface topography,structures and optical properties were characterized by using SEM,TEM,UV-Vis,contact angle(CA)measurement.The results indicate that PDMS functioned not only functioned as improving the color saturation and mechanical strength,but also give the as-prepared colored films a liquids-impermeable property.
