城市中心区地下空间布局模式的探讨——以天府新区中心区地下空间为例

摘要
城市中心区是各种要素集中聚集的区域,因此承担着城市多种功能。然而随着城市的发展,集聚效应也会增大,更多的要素会集中于此,城市中心区将面临更为严重的城市问题,尤其是在交通、基础设施和环境方面,而开发地下空间能有效改善上述问题造成的不良情况。另外,地下空间将会分担城市地面所负担的功能,舒缓其压力,对城市可持续发展有着积极作用。合理布局地下空间将会对地下空间发展有着深远的影响。通过分析总结出城市中心区地下空间主要布局模式及主要布局方式,本文推测未来地下轨道交通将是最影响城市中心区的地下空间布局发展的因素,换言之,该区域地下空间将会非常依赖铁路沿线发展。同时,将相应的理论运用于天府新区,规划出其中心区地下空间大体布局。
The city center is an area of centralized aggregation of various elements,therefore,it assumes many functions of the city.However,with the development of the city,the aggregation will strengthen,and more elements will be aggregated here,so the urban central area will face more serious urban problem,particularly in transportation,infrastructure and the environment.Nevertheless,the development of underground space can effectively improve the situation caused by above problems.In addition,urban underground space will share the ground function and relieve its pressure,which has positive effect on urban sustainable development.Besides,rational plan of underground space's layout will have a profound impact on the development of underground space.By analyzing and summarizing the main layout mode and methods of the underground space in urban central area,this paper proposes that the underground rail traffic will be the most influential factors of the layout of the underground space in urban central area.In other words,the layout of the underground space in this region will extremely rely on the development of underground railway.Moreover,it plans the preliminary layout of the underground space in the center of Tianfu new area by the corresponding theories.
