摘要
EQ-101型甲醛催化剂是一种铁钼甲醛催化剂。分别评价了反应温度、空速、进口甲醇含量等因素对催化剂性能的影响;实验室进行了500小时寿命实验,考察了EQ-101型甲醛催化剂的活性和强度稳定性;该催化剂通过了湖北省科技厅组织的鉴定,鉴定意见认为"达到国际先进水平"。
EQ-101 catalyst for methanol to Formaldehyde oxidation were synthesized.The influence of reaction temperature,space velocity,inlet methanol content,and 500 hour life test have been examined.The catalyst has been identified by Hubei Province Science and Technology Department,the identification of opinion was "reached the international advanced level".
