吸波透波复合天线罩的等效电路模型及性能分析

摘要
本文分析了吸波透波复合天线罩的等效电路参数对其性能的影响。吸波透波复合天线罩是一种在通带内透波,吸收带内吸波的天线罩。文中基于电磁理论建立了其等效电路,利用ADS电路仿真软件画出等效电路图并拟合出等效电路参数,通过仿真分析得出缝隙型频率选择表面和电阻型频率选择表面对吸波透波复合天线罩性能的影响规律。根据结论可得,在保持通带频率不变的情况下,缝隙型频率选择表面和电阻型频率选择表面结构的电容值越大,其对应的通带带宽越窄,吸波带带宽越宽,同时适当的基板厚度和电阻也会对该天线罩的性能产生影响。
This paper analyzes how the parameters of equivalent circuit of absorptive/transmissive radome influence its performance. The absorptive/transmissive radome permits the signal within passband to pass without loss and absorbs electromagnetic wave within absorptive band. The equivalent circuit is constructed based on the electromagnetic theory. ADS circuit simulation software is adopted to sweep the equivalent circuit parameters. According to conclusions, the structure with larger capacitance of aperture FSS and resistive FSS corresponds to narrower passband and wider absorptive band at condition of keeping the frequency of passband unchanged. Proper resistance and thickness of substrate also affect the performance of radome.
