利用水解聚丙烯酰胺-明胶复合凝胶粒子吸附三价铬的研究

摘要
以铝盐为交联剂、戊二醛为固化剂,制备了水解聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)和明胶的复合凝胶粒子,将其用于水溶液三价铬离子的吸附,三价铬的去除率最高达93.76%。研究采用Langmuir模型和Freundlich模型分别对溶液中三价铬离子的吸附动力学及吸附等温线进行研究。其中,Freundlich模型的拟合结果在较宽的浓度范围内与实验结果相吻合。该复合凝胶粒子具有较好的重复利用性能,吸附-解吸附重复使用6次后,吸附效率仍然达到70%左右。尝试探讨了复合凝胶粒子的形成机理和吸附原理,为三价铬废液的处理提供理论基础和新思路。
HPAM-gelatin gel beads prepared by aluminum salt as crosslinking agent and glutaraldehyde as curing agent were utilized as an adsorbent in removing Cr(Ⅲ) from aqueous media.The high percentage of removal for Cr(Ⅲ)-93.76%suggests the great potential for HPAM-gelatin gel beads as an adsorbent for the removal of Cr(Ⅲ)ion from aqueous solution.The kinetic data has been tested in the process of adsorption for Cr(Ⅲ),and proved that it follows the pseudo-second-order rate equation.Both langmuir equations and freundlich equations were used for explaining the experimental data of adsorption isotherm,which demonstrated a better fit to the Freundlich model.The desorption of the gel particles showed that the adsorption efficiency can reach about 70%even the particles were reused six times.Moreover,chromium adsorption profile onto HPAM-gelatin gel beads was suggested through the schematic representation.
