摘要
元器件二次筛选对提高元器件使用可靠性具有重要意义,阐述了提高元器件二次筛选有效性的方法、措施,从筛选试验项目质量控制、环境保证条件、DPA分析等各环节进行了论述。
Components secondary filter is important to improve the reliability of components usage.The methods of how to improve the effectiveness of the components of the secondary filter are described and discussed from the filter test project quality control,the environmental conditions assurance,DPA analysis and other aspects of the secondary filter.
