摘要
水利工程是关系国计民生的重要大事,具有建设点多、面广、量大,工作难度较大等特点。因此,国家对水利工程投入了大量的大力、财力、物力,我国水利事业获得了快速发展。但由于多种因素的影响,工程质量事故时有发生,给人们的生命财产带来重大损失。
Water conservancy project is an important event related to the peoples livelihood,with the construction point,wide,large,more difficult and so on.Therefore,the state has invested a lot of water resources,financial and material resources,China's water conservancy has gained rapid development.However,due to the impact of a variety of factors,engineering quality accidents have occurred,to people's lives and property to bring significant losses.
