建设工程招标能够充分体现出我国经济体制转变过程中的商品经济体制,该过程是一项重要的革新,其对良好党风的建设与全社会经济的发展具有重要的现实意义。因此,在建设工程全面推进的今天,针对建设工程招投标进行研究与分析具有十分重要的意义。
