摘要
本文针对智能交通管理系统编制标准进行了深入研究,基于定量的规划理论方法和定性的指导文件要求,根据20余个城市的智能交通管理系统建设及应用情况,利用统计分析、CSF规划方法、CSF判别方法、德尔菲法等理论方法对规划内容、规划重点分类、规划标准应用进行深入分析,提出了智能交通管理系统规划标准体系,最终给出五类城市具体规划建设内容的参考表。本文可为智能交通管理系统规划行业标准制定和各地规划编制应用提供理论依据。
In this paper,the planning Standards of intelligent traffic management system conducted in-depth study.Based on a quantitative planning theory and qualitative guidance document requirements,according to the intelligent traffic management system construction and application of more than 20 cities.Using the statistical analysis,CSF planning method,CSF discrimination method,Delphi and other theoretical approaches,depth analysis the planning contents,planning priorities classification,planning standard application.Intelligent traffic management system planning standards have been proposed.Finally,this paper gave five specific urban planning and construction contents reference table.This paper may be to provide a theoretical basis for the intelligent traffic management system planning industry standards and local planning applications.
