摘要
对二甲苯(PX)是重要的基本有机化工原料,主要用于生产对苯二甲酸(PTA),是聚酯(PET)产业链的源头。甲苯甲醇择形烷基化直接合成高浓度PX,可减少分离和异构化工艺,是最有发展前景的PX生产新工艺。本研究利用原位XRD、NH3-TPD、扫描电镜、N2-物理吸附、Py-IR、~(27)Al MAS NMR等表征手段,研究了凹凸棒土(At)和氧化铝(Al)作为粘结剂对挤出成型ZSM-5催化剂的影响。研究发现,相比于氧化铝,凹凸棒土可以作为粘结剂与改性剂,一步完成对ZSM-5沸石的成型与改性,提高催化剂的对二甲苯选择性并延长催化剂寿命。这主要归功于凹凸棒土中的碱金属和碱土金属离子,在反应过程中迁移到沸石表面,修饰ZSM-5表面活性中心,从而提高成型甲苯甲醇烷基化催化剂性能。
A facile preparation route for extruded ZSM-5 based para-selective toluene methylation catalyst was developed by using attapulgite as binders.Effects of binders on the performance of shaped toluene methylation catalysts was studied by toluene methylation performance,in-situ XRD,NH3-TPD,N_2-physisorption,SEM,Py-IR and ~(27)Al MAS NMR.Catalysts using attapulgite as a binder,compared to boehmite,shows higher para-selectivity and longer life-span.The unique role of attapulgite in promoting the para-selectivity and longevity is correlated with the migration of alkaline earth cations in attapulgite and its modifying effect on the ZSM-5 acid sites.
