一种高精密度快速炼钢炉前氮成分的全自动检测方法

摘要
本文对全自动炼钢炉前氮元素检测的影响因素进行了分析,建立了一个高精密度快速炼钢炉前氮成分的全自动检测方法。本文对炉前氮样的检验流程进行了分解,通过假设检验的方法,确定了采用碳化硅切割片进行样品切割,采用样片预加热模式进行冲粒;通过对12个仪器分析参数采用筛选实验设计分析及最优化实验设计分析,确定了参数的最佳值,即分析功率为4.75KW,完成水平为1.5%,等待时间为1s。经过实测,该全自动炉前氮分析方法,两粒结果重现性极差可以有效控制在0.0004%以内,平均极差为0.00017%。自动分析两粒样品的检验时间466s。
The influencing factors were detected for nitrogen full automatic analysis for steelmaking furnace,and established a high precision and fast of automatic nitrogen analysis method for steelmaking furnace.The process of the nitrogen analysis was analyzed,by the method of hypothesis testing,the material of sample cutting piece was silicon carbide,the punching particles of sample was with pre heating mode;by the analysis of the selecting design and optimum experimental design for the 12 analysis parameters of the instrument,the optimum values of parameters,i.e.analysis of power was 4.75 KW,the level of completing was 1.5%,the waiting time was 1s.After the measurement,using the automatic nitrogen analysis method for steelmaking furnace,two results reproducibility range can be effectively controlled within 0.0004%,the average range of 0.00017%.The time for two particles of automatic analysis was 466 s.
