摘要
通过对临床联合使用前列地尔和甲氯芬酯引起输液侧肢体静脉剧烈疼痛的观察和采取护理干预的临床实践,包括更换补液顺序、对患者的有效沟通、控制补液速度、使用精密过滤输液器、予金黄膏外敷。得出,护士在临床用药中善于观察、分析,总结经验,通过科学有效的护理干预可明显缓解前列地尔和甲氯芬酯联用带来的不良反应,提高静脉输液的舒适度,减少/轻静脉炎的发生,保证了药物治疗疗程及用药安全,减少医疗纠纷和护患矛盾的发生。
Through the infusion side limb venous pain observation and nursing intervention in clinical practice due to clinical Alprostadil combined with Meclofenoxate, including thereplacement of fluid infusion, effective communication to patients, control the fluid velocity, the use of Precise Filtering Infusion Apparatus, treated with golden ointment. Conclusion, The nursesin clinical work who good at observation, analysis, and summarize the experience, through scientific and effective nursing intervention can obviously alleviate the adverse reaction combined withAlprostadil and Meclofenoxate, improve the comfort level of the venous transfusion, reduce the occurrence of phlebitis, ensure the drug treatment and medication safety, reduce medical disputes andconflicts.
