天津奶牛场窖贮紫花苜蓿现状分析

本研究在天津市走访了武清区和大港区的5家奶牛场,对其窖贮紫花苜蓿进行发酵品质和营养成分的取样分析,并比较青贮窖上层、中层和下层的青贮发酵品质和营养成分。结果表明,A和C牛场窖贮苜蓿青贮中p H值和氨态氮含量较低,青贮V-Score评分较高,发酵品质较好;E牛场窖贮苜蓿青贮中氨态氮含量最高,发酵品质最差;B和D牛场窖贮苜蓿青贮中干物质含量过高,显著高于其它3个牛场(P<0.05);D牛场苜蓿原料刈割期为盛花期,显著降低了粗蛋白含量(P<0.05),中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维含量也显著高于其它4个牛场(P<0.05);除D牛场外,A、C和E窖贮苜蓿上层、中层和下层之间的发酵品质和营养成分差异不明显,并无明显规律。综上所述,苜蓿窖贮制作时控制原料的刈割期和含水量是十分关键的,生物或化学添加剂的使用也是必要的。
The purpose of this paper is study on the quality of alfalfa silage produced in farm-scale silo of dairy farm in Tianjin, by analysizing fermentation quality and chemical components of alfalfa silage from five dairy farm in Wuqing and Dagang distract and comparing fermentation quality and chemical components between upper, middle and under of the silo. The results showed that the silage V-Score was higher, the concentration of ammoniacal nitrogen(AN) and p H of alfalfa silo was lower and the silage quality was better in A and C dairy farm. The alfalfa silage in E dairy farm had the highest concentration of AN, and it's fermentative quality was worst. The concentration of dry matter in B and D dairy farm was extensive higher(P < 0.05) than others. The alfalfa silage in D dairy farm had lower(P < 0.05) concentration of crude protein and higher(P < 0.05) concentration of neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber, due to it's alfalfa material harvested at full-bloom stage. The fermentation quality and chemical components between upper, middle and under of the silo in A, C and E dairy farm had no difference except for D dairy farm. Therefore, it is very important to control harvested period and the concentration of day matter of alfalfa material for farm-scale silo, and adding effective additives is necessary for good fermentation quality and nutrition value of alfalfa silage.
