大花金萼杜鹃扦插因子及优化技术研究

摘要
采用不同扦插基质、不同生根剂、不同扦插时间,对大花金萼杜鹃进行扦插繁殖试验,结果表明:用不同的扦插基质和不同的生根剂进行扦插,大花金萼杜鹃的扦插生根率差异极显著。用纯黄土作基质时大花金萼杜鹃扦插生根率最高,平均生根率达83%;用浓度100咂g/L的双吉尔(GGR)作扦插生根剂时大花金萼杜鹃扦插生根率最高,平均生根率达84%,最高达90%。采用相同的方法在不同时间进行扦插繁殖试验,以6月份的生根成活率较高,平均生根率为84%,10月份的生根成活率最低,平均生根率为63%。
Effects experiment of cutting propagation of Rhododendron chrysocalyx 'Dahua' were studied with different cutting basic medium,different root-inducing regulator and different cutting time.The results showed that:The rooting tates were significant difference among different cutting basic medium and different root-inducing regulator,the average rooting rate of Rhododendron chrysocalyx 'Dahua' was 83%using pure loess basic medium.Taking GGR as root-indcing regulator with concentration of lOOmg/L.the average rooting rate of Rhododendron chrysocalyx 'Dahua' was 84%and the highest rooting tate was 90%.Using the same method to carry on cutting propagation experiment at different times,the average survival rate of rooting cutting in June was higher,the average rooting rate was 84%.While that of rooting cutting in October was the lowest,the average rooting rate was 63%.
