摘要
利用2015年7~8月毛利塔尼亚外海渔业生产所得的商乌贼(Sepia officinalis)样本,研究该群体的个体繁殖力和相对繁殖力,并利用线性回归方程拟合个体繁殖力、相对繁殖力与胴长、胴宽、鳍长、鳍宽、头宽等长度生物学指标和体重、净重、头重等重量生物学指标的关系。结果表明,个体绝对繁殖力F为1306~3375粒,平均为2466±545粒。个体胴长相对繁殖力F_(ML)为8.70~18.56粒/mm,平均为14.17±2.12粒/mm;个体体重相对繁殖力F_(TW)为2.72~7.81粒/g,平均为5.18±1.23粒/g;方差比较显示,F_(TW)比F_(ML)更为稳定(δ~2F_(TW)<δ~2FM L)。F与各指标(除鳍宽外)呈二次函数关系,其中与胴长的关系最为显著(r~2=0.728,P<0.0001);F_(TW)与各指标(除鳍宽、头宽外)呈复合函数关系,其中与胴宽的关系最为显著(r~2=0.653,P<0.0001);而F_(ML)与各生物学指标之间的关系均不显著。因此,胴长、胴宽是影响商乌贼个体繁殖力最重要的因素。
The individual fecundity of Sepia officinaliswas studied based on the samples collected from the pelagic fishery outside Mauritania during the fishing season of July to August in 2015. In addition, the relationship between individual fecundity and each biological indices of each individual, including mantle length, mantle width, fin length, fin width, head width, total body weight,net weight, and head weight, was analyzed by using linear regression equations.The results showed that the absolute fecundity(F)was 1306~3375 oocytes, with an average of 2466 ± 545oocytes;the relative fecundity by mantle length(F_(ML))was 8.70~18.56 oocytes/mm,with an average of 14.17 ± 2.12 oocytes/mm; while the relative fecundity by total body weight F_(TW)was 2.72~7.81oocytes/g, with an average of 5.18 ± 1.23 oocytes/g.Based on the comparison of variance,F_(TW)was more stable than F_(ML)(δ~2F/TW<δ~2F/M L).There wasa significantly quadratic correlation between F and each biological indices of the individuals, with an exception of fin width, and the best fitting relationship was found between F and mantle length(r~2=0.728, P<0.0001).
