水泥基材料用纤维素醚溶液的粘度变化研究

摘要
增稠是纤维素醚对水泥基材料的重要改性效果。研究了水泥基材料中11种常用纤维素醚溶液的粘度随浓度、粘度计旋转速率和温度的变化规律。结果表明:纤维素醚溶液的粘度会随着溶液浓度的增加而增加,随着粘度计旋转速率增大而降低,随着溶液温度的升高而降低,不同种类和浓度的纤维素醚溶液,其粘度随浓度、旋转速度和温度而变化的幅度不一样。纤维素醚溶液的粘度随浓度、旋转速度的变化规律与纤维素醚的取代基无关,纤维素醚溶液的粘度随温度的变化规律与纤维素醚的取代基有关。
Thickening is the important effect of cellulose ethers on cement-based materials.This paper researched the effect of concentration,rotating speed of viscometer and temperature on the viscosity of 11 cellulose ethers solutions used in cement-based materials.The results showed that the viscosity of cellulose ethers solutions increase with the increase of concentrations,and decrease with the increase of rotating speed of viscometer,and decrease with the increase of temperature.For cellulose ethers solution with different types and concentrations,the extent of viscosity variation with concentration,rotating speed of viscometer and temperature is different.The viscosity variation of cellulose ethers solutions with concentration and rotating speed are unconcerned with the substituent groups of cellulose ethers,but the viscosity variation of cellulose ethers solutions with temperature is concerned with the substituent groups of cellulose ethers.
