纤维素醚类材料对昆虫病原线虫保存的影响

摘要
昆虫病原线虫是一种具有极大潜能的生物防治因子,但保存期短、保存技术要求高,制约了其广泛应用。探索了羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)和羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)作为线虫保存材料在不同条件下对昆虫病原线虫保存效果的差异。结果表明,羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)对线虫的保存效果优于羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC),最佳保存温度为10℃,最佳含水量为50%。最佳条件下羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)对线虫保存30天后存活率仍高达82%。
Entomopathogenic nematodes is a great potential biological control factor.However,short shelf life and rigorous conservation technic limited its application.Hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose(HPMC) and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC) as preservation material for nematode save were explored.Result shows that HPMC is better than CMC,and the best temperature is10 t,best water content is 50%.Under the best condition with HPMC as preservation material,after 30 days,nematodes survival rate can still reach 82%.
