具有高透光性、氧气阻隔性的水溶纳米微晶纤维素薄膜

摘要
采用循环流延法制备出纳米微晶纤维素/瓜尔胶基的可生物降解薄膜,该薄膜有较好的光学性能、机械性能和氧气阻隔性能。而且在水中搅拌5小时后,可以完全溶解。我们也比较了该薄膜和市售的保鲜膜对食品保鲜效果的好坏,发现该薄膜可以被应用于食品包装。
By mixing guar gum(GG) solution with nanocrystalline cellulose(NCC) dispersionwith a novel circular casting technology, we manufacture biodegradable films as packaging materials with improved optical and mechanical properties. These films can act as barriers for oxygen and can completely dissolve in water within 5 h. We also compared the effectof nanocomposite film and commercial food packaging materials on the preservation of food.
