摘要
积极心理学自1997年被Seligman提出后就引起学界的广泛关注。尤其是近年来,越来越多的中国学者已投身该领域研究。本文从积极心理学的缘起、研究领域、进展及应用、研究不足和未来趋势,以及在中国的研究现状等方面进行论述。目前学界普遍认为,积极心理学研究领域仍主要集中在主观层面的积极情绪和体验研究,个体层面的积极人格特质研究,群体层面的积极组织系统研究等三大方面。本文整合大量文献研究,着重提出当代积极心理学研究存在以下不足:(1)尚未形成完整且有说服力的理论体系和成熟的操作模式;(2)研究对象过于狭隘,限制了积极心理学的领域拓展;(3)相关的实证研究和纵向研究较少;(4)兴起于美国的积极心理学忽视了文化的多样性,导致缺少跨文化研究成果;(5)建立在中国文化背景下的本土化研究还有待加强。有鉴于此,积极心理学未来发展趋势应体现在:(1)拓展和深化积极心理学的研究领域;(2)发展和完善积极心理学的理论体系和操作技术;(3)增强和推广积极心理学的应用研究;(4)推进和加强积极心理学的跨文化研究。特别是中国心理学研究者应努力超越现有理论和一味引进国外研究成果经验之局限,密切结合中国本土文化特点,发展适用于中国文化的积极心理学理论和技术,培养提升中国公民积极心理品质,促进中华民族伟大复兴。
Positive psychology has drawn extensive attention since 1997 when proposed by Seligman in the psychology community. Especially in recent years, more and more Chinese scholars have devoted to this research field. In this paper, the author discusses positive psychology from its origin, overview, research field, progress, application, disadvantage, the future trend and the current status in China. Currently, the community thinks that the research field of positive psychology still mainly concentrates in the subjective aspect of positive emotion and experience research, the individual aspect of positive traits, and the group aspect of positive organize system. Integrated with a large number of literature researches, this paper puts forward that the contemporary positive psychology contains following deficiencies:(1) it has not yet formed a complete and convincing theory system and mature mode of operation;(2) the research object is too narrow,limiting the expansion of the positive psychology;(3) relevant empirical studies and longitudinal studies are relatively insufficient;(4) ignorance of cultural diversity of positive psychology rising in the United States leads to a lack of cross-cultural research;(5) localization research based on Chinese cultural background remains to be strengthened. The future development trend of positive psychology:(1) expand and deepen the research field of positive psychology;(2) develop positive psychology theoretical system and research techniques;(3) strengthen the positive psychology application research;(4) promote the positive psychology cross-cultural research. At the same time, Chinese psychologists should transcend the existing theory and the limitation ofblindly introducing the foreign research results. Instead, they should combine studies with local cultural characteristics, develop a positive psychology theory and technology suitable for Chinese culture, cultivate and improve their quality of positive psychology, and promote the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
